Iron Ore Pelletization - Increasing Green Strength and Binder

Ever Bright CMC products are used as binders and ensure outstanding green strength of the pellets during the process of pelletization. Acting as organic binder, our products help to reduce silica content in agglomerating iron ore. The feature of superior water absorbability also results in higher resilient strength.

Furthermore, our specialized Ever Bright CMC products increase ore porosity, and subsequently the efficiency of firing, within the iron ore process. Our products have been tested overseas and it has been proven that they can be easily burnt away in the firing process, and will leave no harmful residues and generate no negative impact.

Froth Flotation - Increasing Cost Effectiveness

Overseas experience has proven that Ever Bright CMC increases cost efficiency in the process of forth flotation for minerals such as Copper, Gold, Nickel, Platinum Group Metals and Potash. Our products have been used as depressants to separate worthless gangue minerals from floating valuable components in various processes. Our CMC helps to reduce smelting operation energy costs and increase concentrate grade, ultimately resulting in more cost-efficiency in the flotation process.

In addition, Ever Bright CMC products aid the process of separation by depressing the valueless gangue material. The products create a hydrophilic surface and reduce surface tension. As a result, the gangue minerals are prevented from adhering to the floating bubbles which gather the hydrophobic valuable minerals.
